Mark Sullivan - President, Consulting
Mark Sullivan is the president of one of WHITTMANHART's two divisions - WHITTMANHART Consulting. WHITTMANHART is a Chicago-based consulting firm specializing in digital communications, process improvement and enabling technologies. Mr. Sullivan joined the company in Dec. 2006, and has more than 16 years of business consulting experience.

As president of Consulting, Mr. Sullivan is charged with expanding and growing the company's consulting division and focuses his team on building industry-leading solutions that complement WHITTMANHART's strong Interactive agency expertise.

Prior to joining WHITTMANHART, Mr. Sullivan co-led the Risk, Finance and Compliance solutions practice of BearingPoint, a leading global consultancy based in New York. Prior to that, he was a managing director with BearingPoint (then known as KPMG Consulting) where he served as global account leader for the General Electric account and was a member of the company's operating committee.

Mr. Sullivan is recognized as a respected leader/expert in the area of corporate performance management and has experience working with leading corporations such as Bank of America, General Electric, JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers.

Prior to BearingPoint, Mr. Sullivan held various consulting and management positions at Ernst and Young and NationsBank. He began his career as senior accountant with United Technologies. Mr. Sullivan received a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Framingham State College in Framingham, Mass.
John Bogdue - Director, Financial Services
John Bogdue is focused on working with our financial services customers to help them increase profitability using WHITTMANHART's unique blend of best practices and technology solutions.

Mr. Bogdue has 24 years of financial systems, analysis, and development experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining WHITTMANHART, he was a managing partner at Creative Performance Solutions, Inc., for seven years, where he worked directly with a number of premier banks to implement custom analytic, planning, reporting, and data warehouse solutions. Previously, Mr. Bogdue spent 16 years at Bank One where he was involved in the development and management of several enterprise financial systems. He also pioneered many of the methodologies used to compute funds transfer pricing and perform cost allocations. Mr. Bogdue holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
Michael Cochran - Practice Director, Corporate Performance Management
Mike Cochran is the Director of Corporate Performance Management in the East Region. In addition to being published, Mike is a noted speaker at both the regional and national level on such topics as data warehousing, online analytical processing, analytic applications, and business activity monitoring. As a career consultant, Mike's experience in establishing strategic analytic architectures combined with his ability to execute has enabled him to assist clients in achieving operational excellence. With a focus on delivering solutions within the banking and insurance industry, Mike combines his knowledge of business analysis tools with a practical approach to system development. The result is a thoughtful and focused solution that addresses tangible business issues in an expedited fashion.
Don Davis - Marketing Director, Columbus
Don Davis has over 15 years of experience providing performance management and customer management services. His responsibilities include account management, business development, regional profitability, staff management, delivery success management, staffing, and employee development. Mr. Davis has built a long list of client successes with a common theme of utilizing technologies to enable clients to achieve measurable return on investment. He is a speaker at industry trade shows where he shares his expertise of systems development lifecycle and the products of many of the leading CPM vendors — Hyperion, Microsoft, and Cognos — with whom he holds software certifications. Mr. Davis joined WHITTMANHART with the acquisition of Infinis, where he started as a consultant and rose to the position of regional director. Prior to working with Infinis, he worked at KPMG Consulting in the PeopleSoft ERP practice, implementing financials.
Phil Estep - Market Director, Cleveland
Phil Estep is a seasoned leader with experience in product/service formulation, positioning and delivery, strategic planning, business development and strategic relationship management in an array of environments ranging from to healthcare providers to early stage and Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Estep has a consistent history of achieving strategic and operational objectives through planning, organization, team building, leadership, and communication skills.
- Vice President, Sales
Brendan McGettigan manages the business development function for the Consulting practice. Mr. McGettigan joined WHITTMANHART from the Infinis acquisition in April 2005 where he was Vice President of Sales. Prior to Infinis, he helped found the sales management team at Alphablox Software, a business intelligence software company, acquired by IBM in 2004. Before that, he was Vice President of Sales and a founding partner in a 90-person software consulting firm, McHale USConnect, acquired by ComDoc in the mid 90s. Mr. McGettigan is a graduate from Cleveland State University in Computer Science and earned a Masters in Computer Information Systems.
Chuck Schweiger - Practice Director, Corporate Performance Management
Chuck Schweiger is Director of the WHITTMANHART Corporate Performance Management (CPM) consulting practice and is responsible for managing the definition, development, and delivery of WHITTMANHART solution offerings that enable clients to better measure, manage, report, and improve performance. Mr. Schweiger came to WHITTMANHART with over 20 years of services and software experience when WHITTMANHART acquired the CC practice of Vision Enterprises, of which he was a co-founder and executive vice president. At Vision, Mr. Schweiger was responsible for all areas of business operations, including sales, marketing and the delivery of solutions to clients like Sears, Abbott Laboratories, ABN Amro, McDonald's, Anheuser Busch, Hospira, and CNA Insurance. He was instrumental in building Vision into a 70+ person CC and Business Intelligence consulting practice. Prior to Vision, Mr. Schweiger served in a variety of senior consulting and business development positions for Comshare, a pioneering software company in Decision Support and Executive Information Systems.
Bill Toebbe - Vice President, Sales
Bill Toebbe serves as the Regional Director of WHITTMANHART's Consulting practice in Cincinnati. Mr. Toebbe has over 15 years of professional experience in performance management services. He is responsible for all client relations, business development activities, practice profitability and management, staffing, and employee development activities. Prior to WHITTMANHART, Mr. Toebbe served as a regional director with Infinis Incorporated and a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touché. Mr. Toebbe has implemented a variety of performance management solutions, including Hyperion Solutions, Cognos, Oracle, Microsoft, and has managed multiple software selection and implementation projects in a variety of industries including financial services, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, and professional services.
Karen Wiltgen - Practice Director, Business Technology Optimization
Karen Wiltgen is the practice director of the Business Technology Optimization practice in the Milwaukee Center of Excellence. She is responsible for solution development, marketing, and delivery. Ms. Wiltgen joined WHITTMANHART in 2003 as a director for the program management office (PMO) solution, with responsibility for providing project management services to many of our largest southeastern Wisconsin clients. Prior to joining our company, she worked for Millennium Partners, a regional consulting firm, at which she acquired both the practical organizational expertise of a seasoned business executive as well as the scope and approach management experience of a practicing business consultant. Her deep knowledge and experience in corporate governance includes Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Sarbanes-Oxley, and IT Governance. She has extensive experience in large-scale system project management for custom development and package software implementation. Ms. Wiltgen is results driven with 20 years of progressive information systems and business experience. She has strong interpersonal, project management, and leadership skills with a proven record of accomplishments at all levels within the business and information technology environments.
