Independent Research Firm Recognizes WHITTMANHART as a Strong Performer
Forrester Research, a leading independent technology and market research company, has released the results of their yearly assessment of the nation's top performing interactive agencies.

 WHITTMANHART was recognized as a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Web Design Agencies, Q3 2005.

Specifically citing our “standout persona work, high client satisfaction, and clear vision,” Forrester reports that we “delivered consistently solid results in both our user experience and Brand Image evaluations.”

 We believe strong partnerships with our clients are the cornerstone of our success and we're dedicated to always going above and beyond to exceed our clients' expectations. So, we were also thrilled to see that our clients value that partnership, too, and gave us a 4.75 (out of 5.0) client satisfaction rating.
WHITTMANHART Offers a Balance of Usability and Creativity
It is our position that optimizing interactive communication means balancing usability and creativity. The Forrester report supports that we're on track by stating, “clients who want this kind of balanced approach to their sites will appreciate the equal attention that WHITTMANHART gives to both its user-centered design practice and its experiential design practice.”

One of the primary strategic tools we use to drive powerful interactive communication is Personas. Here, too, we were thrilled that Forrester report specifically noted our expertise in this area. The Wave report states, “It was the firm's new standardized format for personas that impressed us the most. The reference persona supplied to Forrester was extremely efficient in terms of how much design-centered, rich detail it packed into a small space. Embedded hyperlinks exposed underlying research, yielding even more details for designers who want them as well as a convincing argument to stakeholders that the personas are valid.” ¹
