Chad Ciesil - Vice President, Client Services
Today, Chad is responsible for ensuring WHITTMANHART Interactive is constantly delivering new ideas, breakthrough-thinking and exceptional work for all of our clients.

At WHITTMANHART, he pioneered the development of a new model, Interactive Prediction Model TM that provides a quantitative framework for diagnosing website performance challenges/opportunities and predicting a site's ability to increase purchase intent based on a consumer's site experience.

Prior to WHITTMANHART, Chad worked at Young & Rubicam Chicago and New York. While at Y&R, his experience crossed multiple categories with many brands. Over the course of Chad's career, he's worked to drive new ideas and thinking for clients like: United Airlines, Equal, Nutrasweet, Monsanto, Rayovac, S.C. Johnson, Tide, Harley-Davidson, Anheuser-Busch, Archway Cookies, Navistar and Eaton. While working with Rayovac, the team won two Silver Effies for the strategic focus, creativity, and effectiveness of their work for Rayovac Batteries. Additionally, he was one of the first to develop a buzz-building, grassroots marketing tour for Archway Cookies. The Big Cookie Tour went cross-country, successfully exposing Archway to a new audience and revitalizing the brand.
