Paul Wimer - Chairman and CEO

Paul Wimer is the Chairman of the Board and chief executive officer of WHITTMANHART, a Chicago-based consulting firm specializing in digital communications, process improvement and enabling technologies. He was appointed Chairman and CEO in Feb. 2007, and has more than 18 years of management and business consulting experience.

As CEO, Mr. Wimer is responsible for guiding the company's strategy and direction, managing WHITTMANHART's operational performance and measuring the company's performance against its business strategy and goals. Mr. Wimer works closely with his direct reports, including the presidents of the company's two divisions - WHITTMANHART Interactive (David Skinner) and WHITTMANHART Consulting (Mark Sullivan) - as well as corporate CFO David Pardun. As Chairman of the Board, he is responsible for overseeing the Board's composition, establishing roles and responsibilities, planning and managing meetings and measuring the Board's overall effectiveness.

Mr. Wimer has been associated with WHITTMANHART for more than six years and has served on the Board since Dec. 2001. In addition to his Board position, Mr. Wimer's company (Topspin Partners, L.P., a Long Island-based venture capital and private equity firm) was an early investor in the new incarnation of WHITTMANHART and played an instrumental role in the company's growth and success.

Prior to accepting the role of CEO, Mr. Wimer served as a managing director of and remains active with Topspin Partners. He joined Topspin from Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he was an associate partner in charge of the Manufacturing Strategy & Operations Practice for the Americas, part of the firm's Global Supply Chain Management Practice. In this capacity, he managed a substantial consulting staff and served clients representing a variety of industries - from electronics & high tech, to pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and consumer products - as well as diverse geographical markets including Europe, the Far East, and South, Central and North America.

Mr. Wimer began his consulting career as part of Andersen's Strategic Services group, a business strategy practice within the larger firm. During his 11-year tenure at Andersen Consulting, Mr. Wimer assisted clients with issues ranging from corporate and business unit strategy, to merger integration, sales force strategy and execution, and supply chain operations and strategy.

Prior to consulting, Mr. Wimer began his career working for Procter & Gamble as a manufacturing team manager responsible for processing and packaging three liquid detergent brands. He received a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Yale University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University. Mr. Wimer is an active board member of the Venture Industry Association of New York, an organization serving the venture capital community of the Metro New York Region. He also leads the entrepreneurship curriculum for Trump University, an online education business, and also serves as a strategic advisor to the Company.

Mr. Wimer has also published works in Pharmaceutical Executive on merger integration, and in ASCET (Achieving Supply Chain Excellence through Technology), a Montgomery Research Inc, and Accenture publication, on mass customization and global manufacturing networks.

David Pardun - Chief Financial Officer

David Pardun joins WHITTMANHART from Navigant Consulting where he spent the last eight years, first as Managing Director of Accounting Operations and most recently as Vice President and Controller. Mr. Pardun was one of the six officers at Navigant, and one of the two financial officers. During his tenure, he reorganized the company's financial and accounting functions, was actively involved in consummating and integrating more than 20 acquisitions, implemented a new accounting system, and managed the company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts. Prior to Navigant, Mr. Pardun spent eight years with Peterson Consulting in increasingly responsible roles in their Accounting Department, eventually becoming a Controller and a Vice President.

Mr. Pardun holds a bachelor's degree from Elmhurst College and is a Certified Public Accountant. Besides his 20 years of experience in professional services, his background also includes three years with Leisure Care, Inc.
David Skinner - President, Interactive
David Skinner is the president of one of WHITTMANHART's two divisions - WHITTMANHART Interactive. WHITTMANHART is a Chicago-based consulting firm specializing in digital communications, process improvement and enabling technologies. Mr. Skinner joined the company in 2001 and has more than 20 years of advertising and interactive agency experience.

As the president of WHITTMANHART Interactive, Mr. Skinner sets the tone and direction of the practice. This includes ensuring the highest quality standards of all major work products, in addition to being actively involved with business planning. Prior to his current position, Mr. Skinner led the company's relationship with Harley-Davidson for three years.

Mr. Skinner came to WHITTMANHART from Young & Rubicam (Y&R) where served as a senior vice president of account management, supervising such accounts as H&R Block, Jim Beam and Monsanto. In his five years with Y&R, he was also the global account director for the H&R Block business, leading an integrated and multifaceted marketing team on such activities as advertising, direct marketing, brand architecture, ethnic marketing, public relations and promotions.

Prior to Y&R, Mr. Skinner spent 10 years working for the Leo Burnett Company in account management roles (his most senior position being an account director). In his time with the company, he worked on such accounts as Kellogg's and Samsonite, in addition to spending several years on the media side of the business.

Mr. Skinner received bachelor of arts degrees in advertising, journalism and political science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Mark Sullivan - President, Consulting
Mark Sullivan is the president of one of WHITTMANHART's two divisions - WHITTMANHART Consulting. WHITTMANHART is a Chicago-based consulting firm specializing in digital communications, process improvement and enabling technologies. Mr. Sullivan joined the company in Dec. 2006, and has more than 16 years of business consulting experience.

As president of Consulting, Mr. Sullivan is charged with expanding and growing the company's consulting division and focuses his team on building industry-leading solutions that complement WHITTMANHART's strong Interactive agency expertise.

Prior to joining WHITTMANHART, Mr. Sullivan co-led the Risk, Finance and Compliance solutions practice of BearingPoint, a leading global consultancy based in New York. Prior to that, he was a managing director with BearingPoint (then known as KPMG Consulting) where he served as global account leader for the General Electric account and was a member of the company's operating committee.

Mr. Sullivan is recognized as a respected leader/expert in the area of corporate performance management and has experience working with leading corporations such as Bank of America, General Electric, JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers.

Prior to BearingPoint, Mr. Sullivan held various consulting and management positions at Ernst and Young and NationsBank. He began his career as senior accountant with United Technologies. Mr. Sullivan received a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Framingham State College in Framingham, Mass.
